Nathan
"Nate" Archuleta
We are so very blessed to be celebrating the 5th Annual “Nate’s Promise For A Cure” Golf Tournament to benefit the Niemann-Pick Disease Foundation and Nathan Archuleta. We want to thank all our friends, family, and cherished business associates who participated over the past 4 years. We sincerely hope that you will join us again this year to support this very worthy cause.
As many of you already know, Nathan "Nate" Archuleta (11 year old Son of Don & Beverly Archuleta) is battling an extremely rare and incurable disease, called Niemann-Pick Disease, Type C (NPD, Type C). “NPD” Type C has been diagnosed in less than 500 children world-wide. Children with this disease can’t metabolize cholesterol and other lipids properly. Excessive amounts of cholesterol accumulate in the liver, spleen, and brain. In most cases, neurological symptoms begin appearing between ages 4 & 10.
This year, the Archuleta family has requested that proceeds from your Golf Registration go directly to the National Niemann-Pick Disease Foundation. This foundation supports research for this rare disease. Thus, providing you and/or your corporation with a Tax Deductible Donation! For more information, please visit their website by going to www.NNPDF.org or www.natespromiseforacure.com.
THANK YOU LETTER FOR LAST YEAR'S TOURNAMENT:
Dear Friends and Cherished Business Associates:
We would like to express our sincere gratitude for your participation in the 4th Annual “Nate’s Promise for a Cure” golf tournament. Once again this year, we were blessed with generous sponsors, cash donations, and so many wonderful golfers! The tournament was a huge success, and we hope you had a great time. We are aware of the expense, time and effort associated your donation. Thank you for your generosity and support of this worth-while cause.
Every year we see the goodness of so many people, wanting to help Nate and the Archuleta Family. We know that God blesses greatly, those who bless the children. Thank you, again, so very much for your participation and support. We look forward to seeing you again at next year’s tournament!
Sincerely,
Mike & Amy DiRito
